my hats off to you modders. working on this VV 9v mod... running all these wires... trying to solder it all as close to in place as possible to keep wire length to a minimum... its not easy stuff.
im more than half way done now. 2 or 3 tanks threw my butane iron. got a cap, pot, and 2 wires left to solder, a lil hot glue to hold wires back... and i think ill be cured... until my batch of pots are in and i can replace this one...

Dear really, really want one,
It could be just in remission for a while. we'll have to monitor you very carefully.
I better get the nurse to take your temp to see if your fever is down or not.
And try not to squirm around so much this time, I didn't think we would ever get that thermometer back last time.

Dear Gummy,

I spent three hours looking at potentiometers yesterday and didn't buy any at all! None of the zillion I looked at were 'right'. What should I do?

I would suggest attempting to make your own. I think the attempt would be therapeutic in of itself.

Dear looking to buy some pots

Some modders (like myself) will throw just about anything together and call it a mod, while some are more discerning.
There's nothing wrong with either way. What ever heats your coil will work for you.

The therapist has a hard time with recovering overdose patients in this area though. He just wants to get you back into the swing of simple modding and he usually starts with simple atty soldering or battery changing but, when he gets a patient that plans and makes drawings and numbers the parts it can give him a hard time getting the patient back to a productive life. So I will make a note in your file of your personality type, (just in case of an accidental overdose, we'll know best how to treat you).
