202 orders x ___ (approximate # of bottles per order) = Z bottles
Honestly?
I'm not mixing order-by-order.
I dump 18 orders at a time into the mix planner. That's the most it'll hold right now. When I do that, I lose track of who's order is what until those orders are ready for packing.
Mixing that way increases my overall efficiency, and also lets me look for places where I can batch-mix (which hasn't happened yet).
Also, I still have incoming orders. Thankfully, not at the same rate they came in on the 24th, but they're still coming in. So I need to do whatever I can to maximize output. Holding orders actually increases the workload slightly. That's mostly due to the way the store presents orders to me.
After I've gotten caught up, I'll do a bottles/order calculation. Right now, though, it doesn't provide any benefit.

And here I thought you had a brick and mortar place deej!!!
deej has good Quality Control. I sent in my order with all a 50/50 mix--except one flavor I left at default of 100% PG. He e-mailed me to make sure that the 100% PG was what I wanted. Of course it wasn't, I hadn't changed that in the drop-down box. Thought I checked and rechecked my order. Thanks deej for such Great Customer Service
