That really depends on what you mean by artificial. When I very first tried it, it reminded me more of a really good tasting corn oil margarine more so than butter. You could say that margarine is artificial butter, but I could turn around and say that it tastes just like REAL corn oil margarine.
In fact it was so corny in flavor at first, it sort of reminded me of eating a bowl of fresh cut corn with a bit too much margarine on it. Which to me is not a bad flavor at all!
But over time I've found that if you play with the voltage a little, you can get it to taste more like popped corn. And I'm getting the feeling as it steeps more, more kernels will pop adding to that flavor. It makes me want to reach for the salt shaker.
Again, keep in mind my tastebuds (and imagination) are a little weird.

LMP would probably not be my first choice of pies or even desserts at a restaraunt. But the ultra-realistic taste experience Deej has managed to capture in the juice, makes it one of my absolute favorite vapes available anywhere.
So it's not that it's one of my all time favorite real life flavors (though I do like it IRL), it's how realistically it embodies what it's supposed to taste like that has me hooked on this one.
The great news, omg omg omg that Lemon Meringue pie is goo-OOD! Gotta admit my first thought was that the lemon tasted a little artificial, but my second thought was "so does the lemon flavor in just about every LM Pie I've ever tasted!" so it actually adds a level of realism.
I'm liking it a lot so far, the lemon, meringue, and crust are all balanced very nicely and the lemon itself is nicely balanced between sweet and tart. I'm thinking I may have jumped the gun on it just a little, so it may get even better with some more steeping.

After sitting at the USPS outside of Chicago....mine is finally going to be here today!
Oooooh. Mine was delivered. Have to get dressed and run down to the lobby to find it. If the mailman gave it to the management office, which they do when things won't fit in the box, I'll be very angry as they won't be open until Wednesday.
After three days of having to wake up after much too little sleep (for a variety of reasons), my body learned it's lesson. Rather than let me go to sleep early, I woke up today after 4 1/2 hours again. So I was napping when the mailman arrived 3 hours ago.
ETA: It's here. I used my points to upgrade to Priority mail. It was the smart thing to do as the package zipped through Bethpage. (My last few Deejorders went though the other sorting station so they got here quickly.) I misplaced my few remaining ml of Chocolate Taffy the other day so I've cracked that one open already. 6 drops in a Vivi Nova half full of Peppermint Taffy and I've got Junior Mints. I may add a couple more drops to go for York Peppermint Patties.

I forgot -- I may have to reorder Sweet Gingerbread after all. I was visiting my Dad yesterday and had it with me. He asked me what flavor it was and said "It smells nice. It doesn't smell like gingerbread to me but it smells very good."

Heee. I like the Sweet Gingerbread but I don't LOVE it. There's a touch of some spice I'm not crazy about. (And there is another ginger flavor that I adore. It was supposed to become my only non-Deejstuff flavor.)
Would it be better if I said it was supposed to be one of only 5 non-Deej flavors? I had it down to just one.

I am trying to, dolphins. It sorta helps that I ran out of nic last night... got more in today, though. I'm getting low on PG now, and the next supply run is the 2nd... grrr...
