The longer we wait, the harder it is. So far we're just a century or two behind the rest of the world on that.
I like quirky individuality as long as it doesn't impede utility. I want to stay on Fahrenheit because, unless you are using a European candy-making recipe, how often do you need to something that's in Celsius (although Celsius is much easier to spell)? But I'm ready for metric and I really want our paper money to have more variety.
