I've been wondering that, too. Thanks for the info! It does all make sense now.

I work at Wild Birds Unlimited, so I know some of the collectives for birds. Like a murder of crows, a gaggle of geese, a parliament of owls, a flight of swallows, a tiding of magpies, a charm of finches, etc. But I had no idea about a clowder of cats. Looking at that picture it does make sense though.

I'm wondering how it is that I didn't know what a clowder is. I wake up covered by one every morning. This is *part* of our clowder:

We have 3 more who aren't pictured--but they do pile on when the electric blanket is on in the winter!

Those are some cute kitties you got there Lisa. I bet they are a clowder of little trouble makers.

Thanks, and yes they are! They roam in a pack and they get into everything--they climb curtains, they unroll and shred toilet paper and bring it all over the house, they bring things in--I think they steal stuff from the neighbors. They've brought home half a piece of pizza, a chicken wing, chewed up instruction manuals for products we don't own, a Starbucks cup, in addition to formerly-alive little creatures, and they seem to have more cat toys than they used to. I'm wondering if they are stealing those from neighbor cats, too. But they are so sweet, that we have to forgive them for the mess!

Just hope the neighbors never find out!!

Some poor neighbor is looking all over for his dinner, manual to his new tv, and his collection of vintage cat toys.

Also a glaring or a pounce of cats.
I like the magpies one.

Hi, bird person. I have a yellow collar macaw and a mitred conure. Based on my personal experience, I believe it is "an ear-shattering of parrots."

I bet those are beautiful birds. We deal with outdoor birds, i.e. bird feeders and seed, at my store. But I do enjoy birds of any sort. "An ear-shattering of parrots" sounds about right to me.

My favorites would be a fall of woodcocks and an incontinence of yellow legs because they are just so off color.

Got the rest of my goodies today. Yay!

Now I'm overwhelmed with flavor options. Dunno how I'm going to determine what to try next. :D

I may have to bring a few PV's out of retirement. I've got my normal 8, 4 of which are currently busy with my "staples". The other 4 have a variety of flavors that I can rotate out as they are emptied. Then I've got the 2 bedside PV's, I think I'll leave them as they are for now. That only leaves the 3 retired VV & VW devices at the moment for brand new flavors.

I've got some standard ego batts and a couple unregulated mods, but my current carto supply wouldn't work too well with them. I've gotten spoiled by VV/VW and wouldn't consider it a true taste test without.

Good thing I've got a ton of mod batteries and tanks!
