They do sell hand sanitizer with moisturizers now. But yeah, if you got dry skin and you use the regular sanitizer it will probably make dry skin worse and probably hurt a little if you have any cracking. To avoid that I sometimes put lotion on my feet before bed.

In case of athletes foot (depending on severity) it will sting like hell the first few times but can be "worked through" as it kills the bacteria allowing it to heal up. Healthy skin with no openings (the goal) has no painful reaction to alcohol.

its all bad and now there is a super bug that is out there that is resistant to anitbiotics. All of it sucks but get well
