Made em from scratch, my own secret recipe
I been experimenting with different flowers, cause I can't eat anything with gluten, so far it's 2 parts King Arthur GF flour, 1 part corn masa ( the stuff tortillas are made of) and some souhrgum flower, I need to find some buckwheat flower processed on equipment that doesn't also process wheat product. Maybe today I'll take a ride up to the whole foods place and see what they got...

Yes actually I have but at this hour I wasn't going to make pancakes so a Strawberry Shortcake GH Bar was good enough.
