Definition of a PV

I personally just think of e-cigs as new technology.

We are in the technology age anyone agree (1990 +)
So many new inventions and e-cigs are just one of many and are going to grow!

Just like computers were invented to make life easier and typing papers etc...

Anyone agree?

I disagree mainly because personal vaporizers have been around for a while they just dont look anything like an e-cig..

but how long have they been since they started actually becoming popular?

a computer has been around for awhile but only 1990+ where they became really big!
Still proves my point of new techonology

I think they hit the popularity curve about 4 years ago. That's when the boom started, AFAIK.
