We all know or have heard that you must drink LOTS of water when vaping.....however, I got myself into a 'pickle' this week and wanted to share so that others wont do this.

I have HORRIBLE seasonal allergies. I live in MD and those who live in this area know how horrible pollen can be. So, this week I got tired of everything that goes with allergies and broke down and took an allergy pill. Those who take allergy pills know that these things dehydrate.

I drink ALOT of water when Im vaping. I probably drink 8 bottles a day normally. But if you are like me, and take allergy pills on occasion, DRINK MORE WATER!

I got horribly sick from dehydration between vaping and these pills. So bad I ended up with an IV.
(I actually thought I might have od'd on nicotine because the headache was migraine-like.

But.....if you end up like I did, make sure to tell the doctors that you took an allergy pill and are a vaper.

Sorry you got so ill Sheila. I guess everything is better now?

I can relate to the allergy issues. Except in Florida, allergy "season" is January-December. :?: Luckily, Sam's has a really good price on the big bottles of Zyrtec. I stay on it almost year round.

I am fine now. I still have a headache, which is probably because its raining now....and that sometimes makes my sinuses hurt. Yea, there is no middle ground for me....LOL This bi polar weather needs to chill out.
