I honestly never keep track of how much water I drink. It's my ADB (All Day Beverage) so I always have a bottle or glass of water with me. Been like that for several years, even before I started vaping.

I wouldn't sweat quantities; they vary for everyone based on temperature, humidity, and activity level (sorry, the "eight glasses a day" does NOT apply equally to all people) but if you're feeling dry, you probably are.

I am not at all an expert on this topic lol. However, I heard (take it for what it's worth) that a more tailored way of rehydrating is to divide ones body weight by 2. That's the number of ounces one should drink in a day. Plus add some for exercise. Can't remember how much :D

Water melons are said to be great, too. Mostly water + everything else your body needs to utilize said water. Also coconut water.

Also heard that quaffing a ton of water quickly promotes urine production more than rehydration. We're not camels. We need a little bit of water often, not a lot of water a couple of times during the day.

Since I started vaping, I've also always had a large bottle of water next to me. Works for me :)

Oh, there are so many formulas, suggestions, and recommendations for water consumption, it's hard to decide who to listen to these days. Fortunately, I like drinking water, so I don't pay any mind to the experts, lol.

Absolutely +1 about the watermelons. They're nothing but tasty, tasty water, fiber, and flavor. They're even good for the dogs!

And yes, I've heard that guzzling large quantities of water at once isn't as good as small amounts all day long.
