heard (take it for what it's worth) that a more tailored way of rehydrating is to divide ones body weight by 2. That's the number of ounces one should drink in a day. Plus add some for exercise. Can't remember how much
Water melons are said to be great, too. Mostly water + everything else your body needs to utilize said water. Also coconut water.
Also heard that quaffing a ton of water quickly promotes urine production more than rehydration. We're not camels. We need a little bit of water often, not a lot of water a couple of times during the day.
Since I started vaping, I've also always had a large bottle of water next to me. Works for me
