Looks like this was just a mix-up of labeling.. the juice did not actually contain PEG, was just a sticker. Thanks again Hoog for the quick update.

ericdjobs.. Unfortunately this is part of our debacle with our e-liquid bottler.. They put peg stickers on 4k bottles by accident but none of them have peg they are standard pg/vg blend and why they taste the same. We've been taking the stickers off the bottles when we move them from one warehouse to the other picking area but seems a few slipped out. Sorry for the confusion on them but they do not contain peg.
The whole deal with peg is that a by product of the manufacture of it produces DEG which needs to be purified out. Dekang does make peg e-liquids but it is by special request only.
Our bottler was kind enough to send me the Dekang receipt for our last batch of e-liquid.
