Deluted-Nicotine not shipping to certain states?

Hello to all,
Has anyone had a problem with 'ecigexpress' shipping nicotine to PA? Please educate me, is this another worry?

I beginning to hate myself for not being a vaper-prepper.

This ECF thread may explain part of it. It's not just Pennsylvania for nic and juices with alcohol ingredients. It's a DOT and FAA restriction for shipping alcohol based liquids and high strength nicotine.

Thanks Dave, I wish ecigexpress would have had that on their site, they just said they couldnt ship it to PA, Ut, and some other state. But didnt give a reason. I didnt know about that ruling. I looked all over their site for any info, I must have missed it? I ended up buying 48mg at MFS, which explains why I was able to get it there. LOL.
