I would prefer to keep political affiliations out of this but am not sure that is possible for some. To me, a good horse is a good horse and doesn't matter the breed. I am still trying to totally understand the vaping bans. Is it the aroma produced by soe of the juices or what exactly? Fear of the unknown? Some just needing something to complain about? All of the above? None of the above? Personally, I find vapor fumes less bothersome than women wearing perfume, candle stores and the like.

Banning sales to minors... ban just the e devices or juice too? The devices are fairly harmless if they are using zero nic but then again, how can that be easily proved on the spot?

Every authority I've found puts nicotine in the same risk / drug profile as caffeine.

If the goal is zero tolerance, then we should be 'carding' everyone who looks to be 25 or younger at Starbucks (yuck) , Biggbee & 7-11.

Just saying... hypocrites one and all.

I think those energy drinks are worse for kids than nicotine but as you say, no one is doing anything to stop the sale of them to minors.

Today's "journalism" is no more news, than professional wrestling is a sport. I think it would be awesome, if the fcc required them to refer to themselves as "news entertainment".

They are nothing more than factories for confirmation bias, and without exception, they have all undermined their own credibility by trying to spoon feed pet agendas on us.

The shame is that most people are utterly ignorant of this, and accept the spoon fed drivel provided by whichever source has in the past most consistently stroked their preconceived notions.
