Hi guys,

I have one 26650 MNKE battery that is a bit dented on the positive post.

If you see the one on the left is the normal battery and on the right one is the said dented one. Got it like that while was trying to screw down my Mutant top cap totally forgot to readjust the top pin. Silly really. And the said dented battery also had a fall down which looks like the following

Should I discard the battery?

Thank you for your kind attention guys.

Peace~

Most people would say toss it if there is anything wrong with the battery considering that is the very last thing you want to fail especially knowing how a mutant vents.

+1 I'm pretty cautious on battery safety, had one go hot on me when my fire button on a mech mod got stuck and i quickly ran the battery to a sand box...

As everyone has already said, better safe than sorry. However, if you do wanna take a chance...as long as the dent doesn't cause any of the negative parts of the mod you're probably fine. ie: the positive end of the battery is ONLY touching the positive pin in the mod. There's little way to check this however.
