i ordered & received the arc 5 today and the button doesn’t work :grr:
It has worked a intermittently in the past 20 minutes so it’s not off, it’s fully charged.
My arc 3 button sits proud of the casing but this is completely flat???? Wtf why are they not checked before sending?? I’m so frustrated my arc 3 has been going a long time, unfortunately the thread on the atomiser has gone so I have to hold it on to vape :(

Please contact the site directly and request an RMA for a defective product.
I'm sorry to hear your new device was dead out of the box.

I have emailed them last night. No reply yet. No idea what an RMA is
