On my recent flight back from LA I was seated in the window seat. I usually get the isle seat so I can discreetly use the facilities to vape. However sitting in the window it is just to much of a burden to bother the other passengers. So i did my thing very discretely at my seat. No one the wiser, however just about had a heart attache when getting off the plane I realize the guy next to me was an air marshall!

That was pretty funny!

Whoop-sie.

But actually, there is no law prohibiting it, and the regulation has not kicked in yet. I think that's why we never heard anything more about the guy who was dragged off a plane in Norfolk. They couldn't hold him on anything.

Amen! But then, if you think about it, that's true of life in general these days. Americans have become so concerned with the idea that someone may be offended by the actions of others that our individual rights have been lost by the wayside.
