RDA Derringer RDA

Thanks to all of the the feedback from a previous post that i made (best rda for the flavor chasers). I finally received my Derringer & the Freakshow. Now im wondering whats the best build for these 2? If you own either of these or both whats your favorite build? ( ohms, wire, drill bit size etc) . Thank you in advance

I use temperature control on my derringer, 0.2Ohm, 24g Ti Grade 1 wire wrap on 2.4mm ID with 8 wraps. Great vapor production and flavor.

My Derringer currently has a single 1.5 ohm, 2.5mm (might be 3mm, can't remember), 29ga micro in it. No complaints at all other than its kind of a pain to center it without mashing the coil up. Flavor and vapor is AWESOME on my sigelei mini even at a 'lowly' 15w.

I'm running a .33 ohm dual parallel coil in my Derringer, 28g, 5 wraps on a 1/16" screwdriver per coil.

Nice warm vape, lots of flavor, and clouds galore. I run with 2 airholes on either side, ocasionally run it wide open.

I have it on a SMPL mech, so that build on a fresh battery is running in the neighborhood of 52 or 53 watts.

0.43 ohm single coil on mine running on a copper SMPL. Beastly

Twisted 28 (7 wraps around 2.5mm single coil about 0.6ohm) was my favorite in the derringer until i put a clapton in it. I think single coil and two air holes gives be best flavour from it but thats down to personal vaping taste. Its a tiny rda so can get very hot very quickly though at high wattages. I am sure you will love the device though

Both on mechs.
Derringer: single coil 32ga on 0.8x0.1mm ribbon clapton, paralleled with twisted 32ga, 4/3 wraps on 2mm (5/64") for .6Ω with 3 holes open. Instant heat from the twisted and the clapton ramps in about 1 second. Great flavor/vapor production.

Freakshow: dual coil 30ga parallel 6/5 wraps for 0.35Ω with the air slots half open.

Dual 26 awg, 7/6 wraps, .4 ohms.
It's just simply the best I've found. But, I have never sacrificed a low E from my beloved Carvin for the sake of vaping nor have I twisted, tugged, braided, paralleled, gift wrapped, or bamboozled anything vape related. I'll admit, I'm probably missing out.

I play with 12s so I can tune down to B.. I wouldn't be able to get my low E in those slots if I wanted to!
