Maybe someone could design a cartridge/atomizer to this effect. Cartridge would work like a ball point pen like spring loaded ball valve. The bi-metal spring bends upward when heated contacting the ball, fluid drips on the spring and vaporizes. Spring cools backing away from the ball. Could be made to cycle like a xmas light blinker bulb if metered correctly. Need to figure out if a drip pad is needed and a vent hole to the liquid cavity. Maybe a one way valve for that. The mouth piece would serve as the plug for filling the cavity.

You can certainly use a bi-metal device, but Tinel memory metal will probably serve the purposes better.

If I'm not mistaken, Hon Lik of Ruyan actually has a memory metal delivery device incorporated into one of his PV patents.
