Hey Scottbee, I don't mean to complain but....

On the Dream PV thread you neglicted to post pics and diagrams of the inner workings. I know, just a simple oversite but the real biggie is that you forgot to build a couple for ME!

I'm starting to think you don't love me anymore!!! Don't hate me b/c I'm beautiful, there's plenty of other reasons to! :)

wow scott your some kind of brilliant!

seriously I would so try and make one if it was not for the fact that i ordered all the stuff to make a bottle feed juiceboxish mod already lol.

I have read through many of your posts and the dream pv thread very much has my interest, this cart mod was cool but if the method you use there was good enough for you to ditch this then wow. thing is i could actually make this one (maybe) and the Dream PVs its still your little secret, plus i could never make something that looks so professional, lack the tools and skills, cant wait to see how those dream pvs really work though. did catch the hint about the needle valve you dropped in another thread though.... interesting.

seriously one of the major pv manufactures REALLY needs to hire you so we all can see this stuff in the market!!

another thought on this. and yah i know this is pretty much a dead project to you now but.

for making the "perfect" hole for the ball bearing perhaps one could find a needle of the right size, heat it up and push it though the cart side thus leaving no burs and a nice smooth hole

Thanks for the idea. The problem with that is when you push the hot needle (or other object) through the plastic it tends to extrude some of the material through the hole and leave a raised edge on the other side.

What does work well is to drill the hole and then chase it with a straight flute reamer of a slightly larger size. If done properly, there won't be any burrs at all... just a nice sharp interior edge.

Mr. Scottbee: Could you, Sir, please post pics on your idea of the silicone stem (from condoms...) replacing the ball; I just cannot figure this out. BTW, this mod is ... could not possible describe this by means of words. There is something highly artistic to it. It is SEXY, to say the least. And you certainly are a genius. Cannot believe I have just come across this thread a few days ago.
Thank you Sir.

WOW!

Somebody located and resurrected the "Micro Juice Box" thread???? Holy Bat Crap... I made that sucker what.... over a year ago?

Let me be painfully honest with you..... I loved the MJB, but basically quit using it when I came up with the "Super TorneGo II" (as seen in the "Dream PV's" thread..... http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/product-feature-design-requests/70591-dream-pvs.html). I went "bottom feeder" and never looked back.... especially when the eGo battery system became available and they could handle LR atties.

But here's what is really interesting.... if you look at the MJB... and you look at the ZFM (silicone plug versions) that came out abut the same time........ they are the precursors to the eGo-T (tank system) that has recently hit the market with such great success. Same concepts.... same basic implementation. And the only thing that the MJB did was add the "backside burp" capability which relieves the vacuum in the tank, promoting "faster" juice feeding into the atty.

A little stroll down memory lane.

(You got off without any abuse... lucky bahstahd)

Its true. The eGo - T is the natural evolution of those concepts involved in the mods you mention. And it certainly works pretty well. I have also ended up myself using a bottom-feeder box lately as my main unit. But then again, this MJB of yours is by far the sexiest mod I have ever seen; cannot stop thinking about it. I kinda get an erection every time I think of it; heeeeeeee. Nope, just kidding, he. Though, I am a bit kinda obsessed with it. I think it has potential. And personally, I find it could be more satisfactory than both a bottom-fed system and the eGo T.
On a different note now, what do you think about this idea which has been going round my head lately: I have thought that it could work if you had an atty with a retractable bridge (like 2 positions: FLAT, and REGULAR), and a cart which has no filler but liquid only and a kind of silicone plug with a rather huge hole. There is another little hole in the ceramic cup which gets full of liquid at the same time the coil gets plenty and works as a sensor that triggers the atty's bridge motion mechanism. Or this could be manual... Coming back to the cart, though, there is a big hole to the plug, but the liquid will remain inside because there is vaccum created by means of a syringe type of plug up the cart's 'roof'. This also serves as an easy-filling mechanism. So, basically this is the concept and I got this idea as directly inspired by MJB. I would really appreciate it if you were so kind as to give me your feedback on this.
