It's actually what happens when you put the heating filament in direct contact with the tissue and have that tissue covered in normal paper...

Although the smoke produced from an e-cigarette is nicely warm when it leaves the mouth piece, the heating element itself is extremely hot* and can burn tissue or paper easily. We believe some kind of glass vaporizing container could be a clean and hygienic solution.

*We consider the atomizer as a stove actually.

QUOTE: "the viscosity of the liquid"

That's an important factor. The thicker the liquid, the more residue on the heating filament, the sooner the atomizer cloaks. There's some tests about this subject, this one for example:
Ampul Liquid proef - FreE-Smokers

use google translate for the texts

Wow the Super Smoker liquid is really dark... It looks thick too and the test shows it leaves a lot of residue.

The Janty liquid looks good. The next time I order cartridges for my Ruyan E-Cigar I'm going to try some of Janty's cartridges. They sell cheap batteries too that will fit. What is the MLB flavor like that the cartridges come in?

P.S.
By the time I run out of cartridges for my cigar the Janty US site should be up and running for a while. Cool!
