So I've been hearing a lot about testing for diacetyl in certain juices. I noticed after I ordered from Nicoticket that Custard's Last Stand has Acetoin and/or Acytyl Propionyl in it. I don't know if I should vape the juice or return it. There are so many different opinions on these chemicals ("don't ever vape it" or "it can't be worse than cigarettes") This is all very frustrating because there is so much information (/misinformation) to sift through and I want to limit the amount of damage I do to my body moving forward. What resources do you recommend concerning this topic? I know there's not a whole lot of studies because vaping is realatively new but I would like to see what people have to say. I may just vape unflavored VG/nic, which is the best option I see as of now. Thank you in advance

My understanding is acetoin is not nearly as troublesome as the other two. Diacetyl and A P are substantially the same on a molecular level and the risks are identical. Obviously dosage matters.

Do the research and make a decision based on the level of your risk tolerance. Here's a good place to start :
