I know that Avant Garde are - no doubt there'll be others.
However, I listened to this yesterday ..pretty interesting. Fasttech Veterans | Page 619 | E-Cigarette Forum
Basically, he's stating some apparent facts that there's more diacetyl in one cigarette than in perhaps a 30ml bottle of something like 5 Pawns, that incidences like popcorn lung have never actually been proven as caused by the diacetyl, and much more.
Not saying it's all correct at all, but he references some sources, and it may interest some and put the issue into perspective a little more.
Whatever, just seems to be another angle on the diacetyl etc. issue.
