Diamond Series Batt ?

got a Diamon series batt, I put it in the charger and the LED dosen't come on then in about 1/2 hr the LED blinks 15 times
what doed this mean, is it charged?
still new at this..

No worries....sometimes the Diamond Series batts just need an extra 1/4 of a turn into the recharger. So try this, take the recharger out of the wall socket...screw the battery back in with an extra 1/4 of a turn...then put it back into the wall socket.

The battery should blink 3 times and recharger LED should be red......let us know how that worked for you.

The 15 blinks is just saying the battery is not recharged....

Well I'm glad to hear that it charged....in the meantime if not LED light came on at all I would put in a C.S. ticket. Unfortunately this issue is pretty sporadic, but maybe a little note wouldn't be the worst of ideas.

The LED on the battery does not glow continuously when charging.
When you attach it to the charger, the batt LED will flash a few times, and the LED on the charger will turn red (IF the batt needs charging, and good contact is made). At the end of the charge cycle, the batt LED will blink a bunch of times (15 maybe? I've not been able to count it), and the LED on the charger will go green or blue.
