I'm about to purchase the Dani Box mod but I read some old posts/complaints from when it first came out about the fire button not firing. I'm assuming this was sorted out and fixed with subsequent batches, am I correct and this isn't an issue anymore or should I look elsewhere for a high end box mod.(I already have a radius)

I really didn't know it was an issue but I had the same problem with mine as well as the Radius when I first got them and it turned out it was just me getting used to the way I hold/fire them. Dani does seem a bit more finicky than the Raduius but nothing to turn you away from such an awesome box.

You get a quality device, with quality warranty and service (one of the best in the industry) but it won't give you a superior vape.
It has lot's of options to fine tune your vape, but nowadays there are plenty of devices that give you similair fine tuning for less. What these lack however is the quality of electronics and reliability, and that's what your paying for.
In that regard I think it's the best brand out there, beter then Yihi or DNA, perhaps Provari is on par, so if that's what you are after go for it!

I'm not looking for a superior vape I already get one with my radius/skyline and radius/tilemachos staple setup. I'm just looking for a more compact/shorter and flush setup than the radius currently gives me with its 80mm height and "beauty ring."

I like the p3 connection its better than 510 but unfortunately it didn't catch on with all the high-end atty makers. The only vape I have that is native p3 are my kabukis.
