Did anybody try Totally Green flavour concentrates?

I've seen a couple of sites selling these and it looks like there are a lot of different tobacco concentrates from that company.
I've read they are made in Croatia, EU.
Are they any good? how are them compared to decadent vapours or flavourart?
close to dekang or different?
