Of course! How rude of me. ;) Well tell your friend she is single, but probably wont be much of a conversationalist. And her wig falls off sometimes... But if you can get past that, She's a catch!

I completely agree with you!

Im glad someone does! I was beginning to think I am crazy, People seem to disagree with me, and think that buying too low is the best idea, and if its not strong enough.... Spend more money and try a higher one? No thanks :) Been there, Done that. I wish someone would have told me about the little tricks (which seem like common sense now) when I started out. Would have saved me lots of money spent on crappy liquid that didn't do it for me.

a woman that doesn't talk much or worry how she looks? hmm, ok my friend wasn't born yesterday. he's going to hold out for something a little more animated. with much apologies to merediths feelings of course.

hey what are some of your 'tricks' with the liquid that i see you just mentioned, btw? mine doesn't have much flavor, high nicotine though.

I'll be sure to let her down easy.

Tricks?
Mostly trying to be as cost effective as possible. Like I mentioned before, Buying high nic juice, and cutting it down. Like if you purchase 30ml of 48mg juice and say its strawberry flavored and cost you $15. Maybe you prefer 16mg liquid, and you Splurged;) and purchased a $3 thing of VG or PG and a dram of Lorann flavoring. Now you're up to $20. If you cut the 48mg juice with your VG, PG or both, add a little flavoring, You now have 90ml's of 16mg juice for $20.

Or if you don't like the flavor of your liquid, You aren't just stuck with it. You can go to any craft store/walmart/online and but Lorann flavorings, and have a ball figuring out what crazy flavors you like, and how strong you like them... Instead of being bummed about a muted flavor and spending money on more liquid that you don't know if you're going to like or not.
Maybe I am just crazy :p I buy the high nic stuff and keep it that way. I wish I could do the lower MG liquid... Then I could take my own advice and save some money! I actually just bought 100mg liquid today so I can start taking my own advice and cut it down myself.

ok, don't call me the idiot i am but i bought 30ml bottle of 16mg for $30. the label reads 'high' (nicotine content) so i figured i was getting alot. hadn't bothered to look until now. it's no wonder i vape all the time cause i smoked full flavor like pack & a half a day before.

You're not an idiot, I did the same thing in the beginning. Alot of people know its cheaper to DIY, But don't because it requires some effort. There is no wrong way to do it, I am just like the little devil version of Martha Stewart so I am all about being crafty and doing it yourself and saving a buck.

I still buy lots of liquid from suppliers, but I am going to start making some of my own soon.

As for 16mg being high.. To some it is. Some people smoked two packs a day and 18mg makes them dizzy and is just too much for them. Then there are people like me, who smoked a pack to 1 1/2 a day, and think 18mg is childsplay. Lol. I use 36mg.

....... Mad props for sticking with it even with that mg juice... I didn't know back when I started, and thought the like 12mg stuff that came with my first e-cig was "high" because thats what it said on the box. I felt like a complete failure because it wasn't doing it for me and continued to smoke my camels. Plus I had NO idea about the mg/ml hoo-pla so as far as i knew, 12mg was the highest out there! Then a miracle happened, and I found this place, educated myself, bought a decent kit and liquid and have been loving it ever since.

:vapor:Im actually thinking of just mixing my own with the "doublers" from tasty vapor. Its still cheaper then buying it 10ml at a time from some suppliers.

Actually, I think you got an excellent deal. The price for the kit at $60 is about the same as V4Life and other sellers of the KR808. The difference in the deal is that warranty: priceless, as you will learn. Free shipping is also a big deal. Only a few sellers offer this. So, the cartridges are $20 for 10 as opposed to $9-11 for 5 at V4Life. Shipping there, though is $6, so the cost for 10 is actually higher at V4Life. You did not get cheated

Hi there,
I would please like some advice as to if I made the wrong decision in my ecig. I am a regular pack to 1 1/2 packs a day smoker, and really looking for something a little better for me atleast as a alternative. Last night I decided I was going to make a choice and order me something. I briefly read through some reviews on other sites and decided on the SmokeTip. They seemed to be really confident in there product and to me that was a big plus. But today I found this site and seen all the comparisions and im just curious if I made the wrong choice in my ecig. Please let me know asap so I can cancel my order if possible.

Thank you.

I don't know a lot about KR808 models but this is promising information regarding battery voltages:

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/joye-510/65055-battery-voltages-surprise.html

If you find you don't like the 2-piece cartomizer setup, there are other cartos to try out there, and I'm pretty sure you can get an adapter to run 510 atomizer+cartridge/drip-tip setups on your batteries. I've been tempted to get KR808 batteries for that true 3.7V under load experience but will probably hold off a long while and maybe do a box mod instead down the road...but I'd definitely rather have a couple KR808 batteries+adapters in place of the several normal 510 batteries I picked up before "going eGo."

I've never tried cartomizers yet but am very happy with the eGo (mine is non-Joye, from TastyVapor) that I picked up so far. It takes a long time to charge but a battery typically lasts me a day, and I have a couple of them on hand and an additional 1000 mAh mega battery I nabbed from TotallyWicked.

The eGo and normal 510 batteries don't run at 3.7V under load but they work well for me with the cheap $4 510 atomizers from TastyVapor and the $8 low-resistance 510 atomizers from TotallyWicked...I actually seem to be enjoying the $4 atomizers more lately. My eGo batteries have helped me revive a couple of those atomizers after they'd started waning in performance after a couple of weeks using this method:

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/tips-tricks/69834-my-atty-resurrection-method.html

I bought a $70 NJOY RN4081 kit and Blu initially, and I think your first choice definitely tops those choices and quite a few people just prefer 2-piece cartomizer cigs, so it's an experiment and a coin toss no matter how you slice it.

I like RN4081s but paid too much buying it from a Smoker Friendly store with just one atomizer included. I do like the Blu in some situations, but it's not sufficient to keep me disinterested in analogs.

There are a lot of satisfied KR808 customers out there, so I wouldn't expect much buyer's remorse unless you're just not a carto-fan, and there are always opportunities out there to buy/sell/trade and adapt your setup.

But v4l gives freebies so you can try different flavors and they ship QUICK (regular shipping is 3 days for it to get to FL, express took 1 day) and the WOW vapor is GREAT! My 2 cents :D I'm new to vaping too (and the forum so hi everyone) vapor 4 life was the 2nd type I tried and I love it!
Sure they do. I buy from them all the time, but that does not mean they are the only good supplier, and they do NOT give a lifetime warranty. They also do not give free shipping.
