Not So may I suggest a back brace or elastic back support while you walk? I wear those ballet style slippers (stretchy type tops and rubber sole by dearfoam I think) or no shoes at all when I walk..when I try to walk in shoes they throw me off and my back starts hurting.
No more weight loss but my jeans are getting a bit baggy..yeah me! Today I got some legging at Walmart in larger then needed size so they aren't tight..they look like blue jeans and I think I could sleep in them! Soft and stretchy. They were all of $5.50! great for all the driving I am doing.

The shape up shoes that I have seem to help my back when I walk, I do not know if it is because they make your posture better or what...I love em:)

I also need to start planning my meals better, hubs and I had to go way up north last night to inspect a couple of roofs, we did not have a chance to eat till late last night, and the only thing open was Taco Bell....yuck, eating that crud before bed can not be good!

If I try this will you ladies keep me straight? I've put on 20lbs in the last year. Its disgusting. I'm so tired all the time anyone have any suggestions for any exercises that won't be to hard on my muscles but help me lose weight? I just want to start with 10lbs and see how that goes. Then set another goal. I know that all of this extra weight isn't good for me. I don't eat a lot eating makes me sick (having gallbladder trouble). Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

MaTodd..don't be messing around with your gallbladder! I waited mine out for months and finally got so ill and in so much pain I couldn't walk upright. My operation was old school and I have a 7 inch scar to prove it! I had a six week recovery, I still have adheasions that bother me. But a few years later my daughter had to have hers removed and it was two little punctures and she up and around in a day! She has never had a problem with her surgery. She couldn't understand why her dad and I (he had the old surgery too) had such a hard time with it! Mike swore his by pass was an easier surgery then the old gallbladder surgery.
My dr. told me I could have had serious problems if I had waited any longer. So don't mess around. Good luck!

I'm just waiting to go to the surgeon next week. Tonight I've been pretty sick thought I was going to have to go to the ER. I'm going to try to take all of the other meds I have to take and call it a night.

I hope that your move is over for you soon I know how stressful it can be. Have a good night everyone.
