For the last few Months I've been vaping on 2.4 Ohms Atties & found the general vapour & taste very good & satisfying .. I had occasion to swop out to a 2.0 Ohms atty the other day...... What a difference !!!! ....

vapour was down, taste was WAYYYY down & it just did not "Feel" right.......

The "vape Mail" arrived this morning with Mucho plenty 2.4's in ..... I'm a Happy Happy bunny again ...

Whats YOUR "favourite choice of atty/resistance" & Why .. what makes "IT" for you ?????

Probably either the Igo W, Nimbus, or the RSST are my favorites.

I usually vape, sub ohm, at around 0.3-0.7 and the clouds and vapor production are insane! At first it may seem pretty harsh but after increasing my airflow holes I have gotten a much cooler vape. Also, because the vape is so dense, I found my self dropping my nic level. 12mg to 6mg right now.

As of right now I am frequently using my Trident RBAs.
Dual Coil at .14 ohms. Clouds of vapor with my vg juices. Majority of my juices are 0mg with a few at 6mg.

I aso run an IGO-L at about .8ohms which provides a better balance of flavor to vapor ratio.

I'm currently tinkering with my first Genesis style RBA using ss mesh and trying to figure out what's an ideal coil for it.

2.0 ohm coils on AGA-T2s used on two Provari's, voltage varies by flavor used and taste.

2.5 - 3.0 ohm Ikenvape cartomizers in IBTanked cartotanks, used mostly on variable voltage mods, 3.4 - 4.8 volts depending on flavor selection.

2.0 ohm drip atomizer on a VMod-XL bottom feeder mod.

*I prefer a "cooler" vape. I no longer need my vaping devices to replicate an analog.

Resistance is not too meaningful per se. It's all about coil performance versus wicking, storage, etc. Different device designs perform differently.

That said my all-time favorite at this point is a 3.0 single coil carto tank. Smok udct. Hard to beat that reliability. Reliable production at 10-12w is a sweetspot for me.

I also like a mildly subohm coil (.8-1.0) in an octopus rda at 18-20w for volume vaping. My most recent "analog" was actually hookah so I do enjoy heavy volume.

BTW OP, simply changing from a 2.4 ohm to 2.0 ohm atty should not adversely affect vapor and flavor, unless you are hitting a limitation of the device, which is quite possible. what pv are you using?
