I've been having trouble with the o-ring coming out of the cap due to expansion. Apparently not that uncommon of a problem vaping certain juices. Well, working 12 hour shifts at a very dirty place and playing with an o-ring just doesn't mix. I got frustrated the other night at work and just put it over the neck of the bottle below the threads and put the cap back on wondering if I could make it to the end of my shift without panicking. Low and behold, it worked without a hitch. No air getting in, no problems getting juice to the atty, no problems whatsoever!! This is now how I use it all the time. Hoping this helps others with the same problem. Frustration solved!

Good idea, thanks. Another thing that works is to just cut the dropper tip so the tubing fits through it, then you don't need an o-ring.

That works, but I've always found that makes a bit more mess. Some juice always seeps out when you "snap" the tip in.

I love the cap and O-ring, I think its one of the many features that makes the REO great.
I've never had another mod with that system.

And like I've said before, in 4 months with 5 different grands I've never had a problem.
I think some people might over tighten them a bit.

I watch the feed tube .... when you see the bubbles in the line move up the tube you can stop tightening the cap.

Watch for it and give it a try.

Oh I'm with ya buddy, never had issues with the o-rings on any of my Reos - just offering a suggestion for those who do. I was over tightening when I first started though.
