I don't understand why people don't just punch holes in a CE2 and use it in a regular cartomizer tank. Why, if you want to use a CE2 in a tank, people cut them and use special tanks that have a smaller opening on the top forv the drip tip. Why not just punch the Ce2 and use the whole piece in the tank. Am I missing something????

Yes, I only use stainless steel and punch them. It works for me and just wondered why it dosen't sound like common practice. It just seems like having to need more toys when you need seperate tanks for ce2 vs carto.

What tanks do you use? I seen on another thread that they are a hair bigger a d don't fit the DC tanks and another ecf member mentioned they use theirs in a phiniac. Using ce2s in a tank is something I want to do but don't like the ce2 style tanks for the same reason as you. But the only tanks I have are DC tanks.
