diluting juice?

So I couldn't be happier with my mr ego. I haven't even thought about analogs since I got it.
I received a 6ml bottle and I was to specify the nic level. I thought well I'll just order a high mg and I can dilute it with VG or PG. I am...used to be a heavy smoker. 30-35 a day (don't judge me!!) ha. I knew I had to stop that tho. Anyways, is it possible to dilute the 32mg nic/33%VG that came with my ego? Chances are I will be just fine not diluting. The 12mg free tester seems to be ok tho. I didn't expect that.
Also, if there's a mix of nic/VG, can I add PG? Do they all have that mixture initially? Where do I buy VG and PG?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

You can dllute...you will lose flavor. Or, buy the same flavor in lower nic and mix the two.

Check the DIY forum, there's lots of options.

There are plenty of vendors who sell PG, or you can get it from a compounding pharmacy, or pickup a gallon of USP PG at Tractor Supply.

VG is everywhere too, even Walmart. As always you want USP on that label.

As noted, diluting nic will dilute flavor.

If you want to keep the flavor the same get a bottle of the same flavor with 0 nic, mix them 50/50 and your 32mg juice will now be 16, and have the same flavor.

If you take that 32mg bottle of juice and mix it with straight PG or VG and cut the nic in half to 16, you will also cut the flavor in half.

Or save the really high nic juice for if you ever have a time where you need as much nic in a short amount of time, like at a sporting event where there is no smoking, or a flight, or anywhere were you dont want to vape a lot but still need to get your nic.
