I'm still perfecting my hand position 
With the PT it depends on how the cord is sitting and which way it seems to want to twist. With bats, I either use my thumb, or put my pinky on the same side as my thumb when using my finger. I get enough weird looks vaping without my not-so-dainty pinky sticking up
And YES! I LOVE drip tips! I only have 2 so far, and my flavor decisions often rest on which cartos I put the drip tips on

Southpaw thumber reporting in. Okay, okay ambidextrious thumber with a strong left preference and the right hand is busy on the mouse or the stick shift anyways! I'm also using the index finger with extended pinky method sometimes just to shake things up.
