    To start it the original order took them 6 days to ship and this was after multiple contacts via online and phone. When we finally received our order one of the mods fired on their own. So we reached out for an RMA and this is where the real nightmare began. We shipped and confirmed the item was dropped at their warehouse on June 16th after going back and forth via email and phone they finally shipped the replacement on July 4th so 3 weeks after receiving. During this time we reported to bbb because that was the only way to get them to communicate.We finally received the shipment but it wasn't even the same mod, also We requested at that time to cancel the autoship as well. Not only did they not cancel but saved card information we never requested to be saved, charged us again for autoship, never refunded the shipping for the RMA and now fraudulent charges from multiple parties totaling over 500.00 dollars. We know it was them because the card used is only used for the purchase of ecig purchases. After we started having problems we read up on this company and unfortunately we are not alone, yet somehow these thieves are still in business.​

    Thank you! I was able to dispute with my bank and get the money on the fraudulent charges but need to sort out how to get my shipping cost. I may just let that go I fear interacting with them any further. And will not be providing card information to get the money back.
