I agree completely slim. That's why having an adult approach and attitude weighs much better than childish actions. On here,
hopefully everyone is age 18+. But....as we also all know, that means nothing for some, since they never grow up.

Actions speak louder than words and unfortunately....that appears to be precisely the cause of this thread.

Well, I just ask that you give Red another chance, he’s actually quite funny and a regular member here……like I said, it’s just been kind of rough around here lately on the regular members, and tempers are flaring in ways that are not at all typical.

All I have to say is I agree with customer service needing a little bit of work. I truly don't believe this company expected the success they have received. I ordered my product on a late Friday night, had an error in my order, contacted them, had to wait a day or two as they were closed, but Monday morning I received a reply. My order was received on Wednesday with the error in my order fixed. Now I can say this. Despite the fact that before ordering, I contacted Bloog with some questions, only to receive an answer a week or more later, my order was expedient and correct. My main complaint comes within the poor design of the website. I ordered something that was in stock upon ordering, but out of stock after I placed my order, that frustrates me a tad bit. Also, the 5 dollar shipping fee associated with ordering a simple 5 pack of cartomizers. That's a bit pricey for newbies like myself. I haven't delved into the art of buying my own juice, refilling cartomizers, and twirling them around on a piece of string, and almost 20 dollars for "5 packs of alternative cigarettes" is a little outrageous, granted buying 5 packs of smokes here would be closer to 40 dollars, and paying the 20 dollars to not die is somewhat nice. But I don't understand why it is so costly to ship 5 pieces of metal in a gum container. A box of envelopes is roughly a dollar, and stamps are a few cents short of that. Hmmm.... I'm no business man, so I may be incorrect with some of my assumptions, but really. Sorry for the rant.

Dealing with shipping is a matter that I leave for the experts. With rising costs of gas and travel, I expect to pay more for shipping and quality. Just like I dont mind paying the premium for Bloog's products because of the great reviews here.

However I can cut that line off when a company looks at me as nothing but a number and choosing to not return a simple email or phone call. Im sure my product will be delivered in a timely manner. I hope so anyway, but that was never my beef. I just do not understand how a company can expect to grow and retain customers with this kind of treatment. Especially with a product that appears to be as good as this one.

I assume that the people that are speaking the high praises of the Bloog MF are not company plants, and because of that took the plunge myself. I am excited to try the product out even if I most likely wont be purchasing from them again.

The funniest part of this whole thing is that I came here to write that post as almost a therapeutic type of thing and of course to say thanks. I still intended to support the company if their product delivered on what everybody talks about. However the first response by someone that is clearly holding some pom poms and out of touch with reality has pushed me over the top with this company and I wont be doing business with them anymore I do not believe.

Should I feel that way? Maybe not, and heck it might not be the right thing to do. Yet I find it odd that the "spokesman" has no issues getting in touch with the company in question and this same "spokesman" chose name calling and acting like a child in his response. Since he is the only one able to speak with said company I look at that as an extension of them whether I should or not.

This place is filled with some great people, and you cannot expect everybody to be this nice, but when your first response is name calling and absurd it leaves a dirty taste in your mouth a little bit. Shame on you for ruining what might have been a great product for me. Apparently saying anything negative about a company that has some serious issues evidently is similar to insulting his mother, debating abortion, or even GASP a Mac vs PC debate.

That was Redemtion. He's a good guy. He maybe shouldn't have said that the way he did, but don't assume he's some company plant, because he's not. Tensions are a bit high here with the disappearance of our Bloog spokespeople, so take that into consideration.

Since I can assure you he doesn't represent the company, brush it off as another forum member disagreeing with what you wrote and defending a company he happens to like and use. If you're going to let a post on an internet forum "ruin a product" that might get you to quit inhaling deadly carcinogens into your body in the form of cigarettes...well that's just sad.

Wow... I just finished reading thru all these. Don't think I've ever seen 1 post deleted by a moderator here for violations before, let alone 3. I leave for a few hours and all hell breaks loose! I promise to not stay away for so long, I'm sure it's all my fault. I must be punished :(
Red is a good guy, maybe a smidge short-tempered, and definitely wouldn't look good holding pom poms (shudders at the thought).

I wish things would hurry up and get back to business as usual.

Definitely agree with that.....somehow I just can't picture that at all. Red on his motorcycle, tattoos showing in all their glory, holding WAT????

A pink e-cigarette, extra-long and slim with a bejeweled tip shining pink as he vapes it, with colored flowers appliquéd to the battery and glitter on the carto.
