Yeah dont use LR cartos on a slim ecig. LRs are only for bigger battery PVs. Personally I prefer the 3.7V PVs more than the 3.3-3.4V eGo. They give alittle more oomph and provide a great vape. Check out the kGo, E-Power, and Riva. They are all 3.7V PVs and have 510 connections so youll be able to use an array of attys and cartos.
I use an E-power and love it. It uses non-proprietary batteries unlike the kGo/eGo/Rivas and the batteries are 1050mah. I get avg a day to a day and a half on one battery and its very easy to carry a spare bc the batteries are small and if needed, unscrew the switch and pop in a fresh battery and your good to go again. Everything is replaceable on the E-Power too so its cheaper to maintain. I use the 1.7ohm Ressurector cartos on my E-power and it gives a great vape.

So I have already purchased the 808 Carto's. Will they work with the ego510, E Power, or the Riva or do I need an adapter? And will I need a new charger for them or will the apadter work as well?

You can use an adapter, but the most widely used atomizers are cartomizers and eGo tanks. The new eGo-C looks to be a good system for a tank style atomizer. Boge 2.0 LR cartomizers are overwhelmingly the choice of vapers who have tried most everything else. There are also many styles of clearomizers and the stainless steel fillerless cartomizers. These are small tank type cartomizers with wicks that bring the juice up to the coil.

You are better off buying an atomizer/cartomizer that fits the thread of your battery. If you are like most of us, you will want to try everything just to make sure you find the one that fits your vaping best.

We overloaded Sweet-Vapes on the Riva with all our recommendations. They are out of stock and the Kgo from Hoosier is still out of stock, altho Hoosier has the ePower back in stock and the starter kit comes with cartos and non-proprietary batteries and is about the same price as the Riva and Kgo.

The non-proprietary batteries make this unit an even better deal than the Kgo and Riva.
