Well I sat down with a couple greencig carts today. Refilling through the battery side seemed a bit limited, so I thought I would find a way to tear one down without destroying it so it can be refilled. Here are the steps and pics.
First you'll need some basic tools.
1. Screwdriver
2. Small wood screw
3. Small tool for scraping
That's it!
First, drive the small screw into the hole in the mouth piece then pull evenly but firm. You want to make sure the screw doesn't rip out or the cap doesn't deform too badly (it will deform a bit but not enough to make it unusable). It should pop out very abruptly.
Once the cap is out you can see inside the cart. As others have said, it's a great design. There's a bit of glue/sealant around the ring where the cap was sealed in. This is where you need the small scraping tool. I have a dental pick set I use for small electronics, but a small knife blade would work.
Once the glue is removed examine the top of the plastic piece inside. There should be a small divot in the top. I used this to center the tip of the screw and, once again, drive the screw into the plastic. Try not to get too deep or make too big a hole. This should slide out fairly easily and this is what you'll find.
This inner cartridge holds A LOT of liquid. If you hold it up to a strong light you can actually watch the liquid filling it. I was able to load 1 mL in a single cart with no flooding or leaking. You can either plug the hole from the screw or leave it open. I left mine open as I plan to use this to refill with a syringe later. I've been vaping one all day without a single problem. The vape is thick and lasts all day long.

So there it is. The GreenCig cart, the easy way.
