I bought some 15ml bottles to put my 100mg nic in before I freezerated it. I just pull 1 out and make a batch of base with it when needed. I do not see why it can't be refroze though. ;)
That's a good idea. Brown glass bottles or what kind? How long do you wait for it to unfreezerate?

It doesn't freeze, so just let come to room temp and then it's fine. If the nic was shaken before freezing, then shaking isn't necessary, but of course can still be done... Hotspots occure after solution freezes solid or 60C+ I've heard from someone more knowledgeable than me :)

Yes, it's more gelatinous than frozen for sure. So you have no issue with unfreezing refreezing, etc? It's not like a good steak or anything?

Refreezing wont hurt but each time you open bottle and reduce amount in there and recap, you have introduced oxygen into your bottle.

That is why when I was using nic i only froze in small quantities, i.e. what I would use in a month or 3........and nic solution is fine sitting in a dark cabinet or drawer for quite a time while you are "using it" up.

As others said it does not freeze, just gets thick. PG with nic has to be WAAAY below zero to freeze.
I put mine in 15 ml amber bottles and put in freezer. Do not fill up 100% leave a tiny bit of space in the bottle as expansion and contraction does happen.
When I need another 15 ml bottle I poull one out and let it warm for a couple of hours shake and use. The smaller bottles also warm up faster than large ones.
LOTSA LUCK trying to suck the stuff up in syringe straight from the freezer :D

I bottle in 120ml glass and that's a 3 month supply for me. I take one bottle out and leave it out for the duration and keep the rest on ice. I've also refroze my working NIC when I'm in a low mixing period and found no issues.

Remove it from the freezer warm it up slowly in warm water and use.

just make sure if you are filling smaller bottles with cold vg nic to allow room for expansion. VG based nic contracts in the freezer. So if you fill other bottles with it while it is cold and do not leave enough headroom, you end up with a mess when the bottles warm up and ooze all over the coffee table! learned that one the hard way.

Sorry, I was only clarifying that the nic should be at room temp before using/opening and that shaking wasen't needed(but ok of course if wanted)...

I dont believe that there should be any issues in a single unfreeze/re-freeze cycle. People have asked before about scenarious of e.g. moving or power-interruptions etc., and the general concensus was that it shouldn't really be an issue I believe if I remember right... Of course there's no reason to continually do so, and so do what others suggested i.e. refreeze into containers suitable for a reasonable timeframe, which you keep up, one at a time...

I bought a liter of 100 nic and broke it down into 1-500ml and 10-50ml bottles. I just pull out one of the 50's out of the freezer, thaw then cut into a 100ml of the 48mg I use and thats a few months supply for my wife and I without opening and reopening the larger bottle introducing unwanted air.
