I too also recommend reading through all of Kurt's comments regarding the safe handling and storing of nic. Especially if you've no background in doing something related.
Aside, my frozen nic is stored in a wooden chest I built that is filled with packing so that something like a frozen meat chub didn't run the risk of breaking a bottle.
