OMG I love that Roasted Pecan and Cream.............

My tester is only a few days old and can already tell it's a winner.

Finally got some in. What % do you mix at?

Actually for my tester I used both. You can tone down the sweet with a plain cream or an eggy custard.

I couldn't tell you what brand but there is a custard that isn't sweet but is eggy. I don't generally care for custard so just give those posts a glance. Maybe a graham or granola that isn't sweet?

I find custard mouthfeel cloying, isn't about the taste so much. I very occasionally use a .5% of it in a recipe.

My only pecans are Purilum butter pecan and WF roasted pecan & cream. If you had a walnut or hazelnut they would probably be good too. I don't care for walnut so can't help there and my only hazelnut is a cream (WF).

I have FW hazelnut, but I think there is also a FW butter pecan. Maybe next order I’ll get some.
