I recently got into sub-ohm vaping (and finally discovered my vaping nirvana). Because of the massive amount of liquid I have been using lately I decided to get back into DIY (It was getting way to expensive buying juice).

After much trial and error I created my new favorite juice, but have been having some issues with it performance-wise.

I used a Patriot RDA and have noticed my coils junk up and taste horrible after a day, and when I take off the top cap there is a brownish residue on the inside of the atty. The first ml or so of juice tastes FANTASTIC, then it starts tasting burned...

I do not have this problem with commercial juices. (I am vaping Pair of Deuces right now, and there is no residue)

My ingredients are:

Wizard Labs Nicotine
VG
Capella's Sugar Cookie
TPA Cinnamon
TPA Caramel
Capella's Liquid Sucralose Sweetener

I am assuming it's the sweetener.... but I could be wrong. If it is the sweetener, could anyone point me in a direction for an appropriate substitute, that tastes similar? (EM doesn't quite do it for me, at least TPA's version of it)

there is most likely lots of sweetener in the caramel and sugar cookie and by adding even more sweetener I would suspect that you have to much sweetener in the overall mix.

I also have a few overly sweet mixes that cause this. As I rebuild my own coils I just clean and dry burn more frequently. I'd rather do this then try to modify my mix and have to settle on somthing less tasty.
