DNA mod are rather ex if you are getting the full ready mod. If you are using mech mod and going around 0.3 ~ 0.5hm you are also gettting the similar favour and vapor except that the mech mod do not have consistency in firing and we have to keep on changing battery.

DNA is good to have though if the price is lowered.

Beside you
Just finish soldering those wires on the board, switches, fuse etc etc..Haven mount them into the hammond yet as need to use a bench drill for the precision which i'm gonna do this Monday.

Connected everything up just now and working as it should. Also manage to figure out the angel eye led light wiring on the anti-vandal switch. Hopefully i can get everything up by the end of next week.

Yea, i like the convenience of knowing what resistance. wattage or battery capacity is left. And the most important reason is, i need something that performs as well as my mech mod when travelling.

True! it is the convenience of know the resistance, wattaage and battery capacity left. But he price I know will fully build up box mod cost around $370. This will burn my pocket for the month ha ha!

Look forward to seeing the mod !

keep us posted.

The kit is not cheap. worried if I may screw up the electronics as there are ribbon cables which tend to be rather fragile.

Sure, hopefully nothing screws up during the mounting process..

I got it cheap. Probably cost me under S$150 in total since the DNA was off a co-op.

There's a trick on the cable as posted by mamu in the battery mod thread..Some superglue under the cable at the edge of the board, makes it less fragile as it doesnt move around too much now.

Yeah thats the problem with mech mods. carrying extra batts is a chore and it isnt as consistent as box mod with electronic controllers.

I hope the price would drop to the $50 range for the internal electronics.

If you were to include the labour and buying of the batteries and alum. box etc.

It still aint cheap.
