Was the problem the part of the corner of the box for the screw?Hi I tried it the other way and it damaged the balance charging wires on the battery from test fitting.

Err... With the appropriate iron, there should be no problem... Someone soldered the wires to the lipo tabs in the first place... You can't get any closer than that Right?Hi dose anyone know how short I can make the lipo battery wires before the heat from the soldering will damage the battery?

looks like the only way but will have to keep the top part to put a magnet in.
Thanks David

The box came from Modmaker.co.uk ModMakerBox 1005024 - Natural AluminiumWhat box is that and where did you find the buttons.
I'm not a fan of Delaware Vapors. They're charging $11 more than msrp.Just put in my order for the Opus DNA200 from Delaware Vapors. Called them and they said that they got in about 20 and have 10 left. It will ship today according to them. From the pictures and the videos I've seen it looks like a well made mode and I'm excited to get this. I'm in NJ so it shouldn't take long from Delaware.
If they only got 20 units I'm guessing they didn't get much of a discount themselves.I'm not a fan of Delaware Vapors. They're charging $11 more than msrp.
You may find the small button pins on eBay as "shelf pins", I had some left over from a fitted Kitchen. What box is that and where did you find the buttons.
I understand that they need to make a buck but charging more than msrp is slimy, IMO. They need to apply for a wholesale account and thus get wholesale pricing which should be enough margin to sell at msrp. Opus direct and HoV are selling at msrp, there's no reason DV can't do the same. And because of that $11 markup, I wouldn't buy anything else from them.If they only got 20 units I'm guessing they didn't get much of a discount themselves.
Well went hunting for flux again.
No luck. they only sell flux for like copper and strong metals. nothing intended to be used for small electronics/PCBs.
