Just got home to my Opus 200 and opened it. WOW!!! It is SMALL. Take that with a grain of salt because I'm used to an ipv4, but honestly its probably closer in size to my ipv Mini. Pictures will be up shortly, but wow the quality, size, and look in person is much better than I expected from those pictures that make it look not so good. Really, really happy with it so far and just starting to play with everything.
Edit: trying to post the pictures, but it is saying the files are too large, ironic

You'd lose your mind if you saw how small a VS DNA40 is :p

I did about a week ago and my jaw dropped considering everything that device can do. It was much smaller than the rDNA40 and I thought it was maybe a 30 watt or something. Still perfectly happy with the size of the Opus though. I'm just a bit afraid to take it out and about because it was so expensive, which is a shame because its perfect for that and much smaller than the IPV4. I guess I'll get used to that idea though because I have to enjoy it at that price.

I think my favorite shot of the Opus is from the screen side. Most of the pictures that I saw made it seem huge/fat in width and those screws that are exposed seemed obnoxious, but that really couldn't be less true because you can barely see them sometimes.

Now if only I can get used to it saying "temperature protect" and flashing. With the Yihi SX330 chip it just keeps trucking and you have no idea. Not saying its obtrusive, in fact I like watching it adjust the wattage and knowing whats going on.

Last edit: Have to get used to it not have a traditional "power off" function, hoping it doesn't really drain once it goes to sleep or whatever that mode is called.

Funny you should mention that. I've been vaping on my mini today with a Lemo 2. The VS DNA40 is a bit smaller though.

Once the newness wears off, you'll be carrying it around all the time.

The Opus is growing on me. Good thing it's out of stock everywhere (yes, I checked... yet again  )

I believe you can turn the flashing and even the "temperature protect" warning completely off in the Escribe software.

*EDIT* too slow.

You can turn off TP messages under the profile's "Theme" tab, there's a dropdown menu option for "don't show".

Just to give ya an idea.... I left a beta mod unused for 48 hours and the voltage dropped from 12.60 volts to 12.58 volts...

I find the Hanna V4S in black absolutely stunning. If the DNA40 supported Ti I would be using it as my main device.
But it works...? Just set it to 185C and vape away :)
