Do cartomizers "re-fresh" after sitting a bit?

I am one of those who still prefers/uses pre-filled cartos, though I am planning on buying some ejuice and try my hand at re-filling a few. I have noticed, or so it seems, that sometimes after a cartomizer seems fairly exhausted (some vapor, but no more flavor), if I put it aside for awhile, when I try it again, the flavor seems to "rebound" and it is pleasurable for awhile more. Just curious if this is just my imagination, or have others noticed the same thing?

It's true. You will never vape a filler carto clean out of juice. As it sits it will spread through out the filler and, of course, re wet the wick in the coil.

It also has to have a chance to catch up. If you vape heavily for awhile, you are usually drying the wicking faster than the juice can spread out and move toward it.

It does reach that point where there just isn't enough left. You will be dealing with many dry, burnt hits to clean it out so learning how to refill and top off is the next step. It's easy to top off a carto that's already been filled.

Should be good for about 3 refills depending on the cartomizer. Topping off and not getting to that burnt taste helps although it's hard to keep track of refills times when you just keep topping off. Just don't get greedy or you'll just waste that juice. Experience is the best teacher.

The forum is filled with creative ways to really push the limits of a disposable cartomizer. It can be lots of fun and a big pain too.
