Do Designers and Manufactureres See This?

Do Designers and Manufactureres actually see this thread?

That would be awsome if they did, but how many posts would it take for someone to implement or change a product?

How does this work?

Not to be a Doubting Thomas, I am just trying to soak in every aspect of what is going on in this new smoking technology and have a million questions, just like a 3 - 5 year old asking WHY all the time.

Thanks,
-Paul

I found your post :). So I guess the answer to your question would be: "Some"

Firstly, try the search feature for your questions as many of them, if not all, will probably have been asked and answered already with detailed posts & explanations.
Designers, manufacturers and suppliers do check stuff on the forums but there is a lot to check these days, one reason for the 'use search' advice.
You don't have to submit a certain number of posts to have your idea considered, it just has to be good enough, practical enough and cost effective enough. It also has to be a working design preferably, or such a good and detailed idea that it would be worth the R&D, which is a time consuming and expensive process.
Also, if you have a good idea and you go sticking it on forums, there is every chance that someone with more entrepreneurial skills than yourself will pick it up and run with it, leaving you claiming in vain that you thought of it. I have worked on and developed a number of designs for various projects, keeping my cards close to my chest until it was either registered or at least until launch day.
Alan.

Haha, something tells me that e-cig design might be more radically impacted if these posts were made in Chinese. ;)

Actually, to my knowledge, many Chinese people speak English. Especially Business associates, because they do so much business with English speaking countries. My brother taught English in China for 3 years. (He actually had a hard time finding someone to speak Chinese with him so that he could practice and learn more because most wanted to speak English so that they could practice lol.)
