My co-workers have only noticed a smell (aroma) when I vaped RY4 on my 6 volt copper.
They weren't complaining, and once I stopped the smell was gone.

My wife is as sensitive to odors as your mother. I don't vape near her but in my home office with the door closed. Even then, she can detect the more intense flavors, e.g., mint, which really bothers her. Tobacco flavors are not a problem. But at least I'm not staining the walls and carpets any more.This is a concern to me right now, cause I'm home for the holidays and my mother is very sensitive to smells. I've been vaping in the least-used room in the house and keeping the doors shut, but she says the smell leaks out and she's getting some eye and throat irritation.I've been vaping non-tobacco flavors, mostly half-VG, the whole time and the room smells like a candyshop... but it's looking like I might need to go outside to vape... 8-o
i can smell it when i walk in to my broom... but i also get the feeling that just breathing in here is vaping
PG is toxic to cats?! Do we need to be worried about this? Mostly what I vape is VG, and my cats don't like it, one of them is downright afraid of it. But really, do cat owners who vape PG all the time need to be worried about this?
Oh, on the smell thing, I honestly don't think I can smell my vapor at all, I've especially noticed this in the car, I smell nothing.

My wife totally smells it... Now it doesn't linger or rank like smoke, but I still don't do it where my young ones are...better safe than sorry if you know what I mean.

Over Christmas at my grandparents (both of whom are ex smokers for at least 12 years now) ddin't smell a damn thing according to them, and in fact kept asking me to use my 510 cause they thought it was neat... I was using Vanilla VG from cignot.
My uncle, who is very technically inclined, asked how it worked, what was in it, etc. After he heard "nicotine" I was barred in front of using it in front of my grandparents heheh ... and one of my cousins could definetly smell the vapor and did not care for it.
My sister told me I could use it indoors and could not smell a thing. Same with my best friend.

My wife can smell my RY4, and likes it. Says it smells like pipe tobacco. She can smell others if I blow them right at her. She likes grape, says it smells like grape soda. It doesn't bother like my smoking cigs did.
lol is it just me? Of course I smell a very vague scent as I'm exhaling the vapor, but I can't smell a thing after maybe 10 seconds?
Some of these answer had my beer squirting out my nose.....and that smells like beer and burns like crazy!
My vapor is like catnip to my cat. No problems with PG for the cat, but problems for me. Switched to VG, no problems for either of us. Except my cat sits on my keyboard and purrs like crazy when I vape.
No "stink" noticed and no complaints. Only comment made was by hubby who happened to notice Red Bull and Green Tea - liked the aroma of both.
I just kiss my husband good by as he was leaving for work and I could taste Redbull on his lips but that is not smell is it.
Most times I can only smell the vapor it is blown right at me. The only ones that I think tend to linger are the tobacco flavor ones. Just my opinion.

I can definitely smell it when I've left the apartment and come back after a while - of course, it smells much better than 'analogs'. The cat point does concern me - my cat doesn't seem upset at my vaping, but she didn't complain much about me smoking either...
I rarely notice any lingering scent with the flavors I've tried so far, but with one notable exception - French Toast from Ms. T's. I am sitting out in the living room, and my wife is in the kitchen. I just fired up a carto with French Toast, and a minute or so later, she says, "Are you having French Toast?" But I don't mind - it smells fantastic.
