Do I have an abnormally strong tolerance?

I noticed nobody I seen so far vapes at same level I do. I tried the Ego twist but it just felt like I was drawing air, even when it was cranked up to 4.8 volts using a 2.2 Ohm atty. I now use a ITaste VTR with Aspire nautilus carto. It is dual coil and 1.8 Ohm. I vape it at 6.0 volts (and no it doesn't taste burnt) and still do not get a good throat hit when I take a long puff of it. Even if I take in as much smoke as I possibly can I dont get a good throat hit or cough. This set up they gave me they said I should be more than satisfied with the vapor production. I also use 24mg liquid with 60% pg and 40% vg. I find using the smallest air-hole on the nautilus actually gives a stronger hit, but still not strong enough. Anybody have a answer to how I can go about being satisfied with vapor production of an e-cig? Am I a freak of nature or are there others whom have this problem?

grab a dripping atomizer and learn how to rebuild. you will be blasting massive clouds in no time. will probably have to drop down in nic levels though, can nic yourself out pretty fast with these. with your vtr some 30 ga kanthal would probably be best.

Have you tried dripping? an IGO-w3 with dual 2.4Ω nano coils and 6mg juice gives a good bit of vapor.

It took 36mg nic, 75/25 PG/VG and 1.8ohm for me to get the throat hit I was accustomed to. That's just on a fixed volt ego and I smoked 3 packs per day of heavy stuff. Can't imagine why it's not working with your setup.

Concur. I vaped 24 mg w/ cigalike but only 4 mg w/ rebuildable. 8 mg if I want strong TH.

You could try increasing your nic content to 36mg/ml, increase the PG content to 100%. Increasing the nicotine will have a greater effect on throat hit than increasing PG but increasing both should do it. I would say if increasing both doesn't get you the TH you are after you may just be a "feral of nature".

How much did you smoke when you were smoking cigarettes? I wonder if you can get to a nic level that will give you the TH hit you are after before you get nic sick.

Moving to an RDA will definitely give you more vapor but not necessarily more throat hit, although it you increase both nic and PG you may be there.

One correction for you, your Nautilus is a clearo not a carto.

Get a kayfun lite plus or russian91 % style atomizer. I had to drop my nic level straight away because the throat hit was like being kicked in the neck by a elephant

Hehe well that is a good way of putting it. Had the same reaction first time I used an RDA.
