If it were perfume with just the shipping address I will put out, then I would have no problems with that.

I know of a friend who sort of got robbed with this free trial scam. The thing is, they say that you should call them up to discuss that you are not going to extend the trial period.

Then they make it really hard for you to reach them and so you are charged by it. You will be able to call them just after you are already charged.

Thanks for this. I got so close to doing a free trial the other day, but then saw they wanted me to pay the $10 shipping & handling. So I just said "don't think so" and decided to learn more instead. Then I stumbled onto this place.

So thanks for the write-up. It's informative and important.

It does suck, though, because a legitimate free trial (or even a "testers club") would be very helpful for newcomers.
If someone is curious about e ciggs I would recommend a disposable one, I know its nothing to brag about but just to try out the whole e cigg thing. I picked one up at the supermarket for 10 bucks and that's what got me into PVs.

Word of advice. If you want to try something, spend the 10 or 20 bucks to try it. There's no such thing as a free lunch, so know what you're getting in the first place. buy a disposable or the njoy at a gas station. Try it out for a few days, and know that there's something better waiting for you if you like the idea. Sounds like free trials are going to get you for you wallet anyway, so don't get locked down with them.

"Membership Terms and Conditions: By placing an order you will be enrolled in our e-cigarette trial and membership program. In 15 days, you will be charged $99.99 for your e-cigarette starter kit and we will ship you 10 refills (equivalent to 20 packs of traditional cigarettes). Every 30 days thereafter you will be shipped 10 refills for $79.99 plus S&H. You can cancel or modify your membership anytime by calling X-XXX-XXXX Monday to Saturday 8am-6pm CST. By clicking to order I represent that I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and full Terms and Conditions of this offer and I understand that I will be liable for payment of product that was shipped to me, and future shipments of product, if I fail to notify customer service to stop supplying the product to me.

Refund Policy:
I understand that if I am not fully satisfied with my products I may cancel my order at any time by calling customer service and returning any sealed unused Product to our warehouse. We are unable to process refunds on any opened or damaged product, and all returns must be within 30 days of original purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable after the first 30 days."

Typical T&S, I guess. Looks like you can't try for free. Once you try it, you've bought it, according to the highlighted statement. I guess "free" means that the initial charge on your credit card is held off for 15 days.

I'll name some names for you! Stay away from Vibe e-cigs and Prado electronic cigarettes, the biggest load of bs I have ever seen. They say they'll charge you 14 days after you get the trial, but its actually from the date that you order it, even if it takes 2 weeks to get your shipment! So save your money, nerves and health and stay away from free trials. Much better off paying a little more for a decent product and proper customer service. I got a V2 cig and I'm quite happy! I found a 10% off coupon for them, thought I'd share it: ECIGARETTEREVIEW
Thanks
