The only good them about all the spam you get from these companies is that it introduces some people to e cigs. That's how I first learned of them. Thankfully I read the fine print and didn't order with them

Yeah, already messed up on this. Tried a "free" trial off the internet. They constantly called me offering other things I did not want or need. Tried to put me on an auto refill account. Told them I no longer wanted the item. The cost to return the item was the same as keeping it and paying the "unsatisfied with product" price to just keep it. Product works great but the atomizers and batteries are way overpriced. The parts are specifically made, so you can't swap out with cheaper parts. I'll use it until I kill it, and then forget about it. Definitely learned my lesson. The whole scenario drained my bank account of 35 dollars. I purchased a gas station model and refill it with juice I order off the net. Way cheaper, and I can buy the parts simply by walking down the street to the store.

Thanks for that tip. I have noticed a couple of those offering free trials. I haven't tried them for the reasons you mentioned.

I heard about e-cigs about 3-4 years ago with the Blu-Tip, but wasn't ready to quit then. Then every once in a while I'd hear about electronic cigarettes. Back in April I had a little extra cash on hand when I went to the local smoke shop they were selling an e-cig by Maxx Vapor. It was small looked like a metallic blue cigarette. I was ready to quit. I shucked out an extra $110 for the starter and some juice, along with my regular roll your own items. I liked it. Haven't looked back. Upgraded to an eGo-t and thinking about a mod. I converted 6 people with that little metallic blue cigarette. That little e-cig wasn't that great but I'm glad i got it from there, because after looking at what the other smoke shops with in 30 miles have, I got a BMW compared to the radio flyers everyone else was selling.

I did one of the "Free Trials"- didn't know any better then. It actually worked out ok as I used a Visa card with $25.00 on it to pay the shipping and handling so when they went to charge me the big bucks the chard card didn't have enough left on it for the charge to go through.

Im not sure I would want a "free trial" anyways...I tried caling one of those anxiety things once for a "free tape" and they asked me for my credit card info to sell me a product for $500.
