Can you post a picture of your "loose wrap" 4 strand coil?
I'm curious to see how "loose" they are. I always do the "Danny" method with a pen and wind until it snaps, very tight twists.

Thank you bro. It was fun to make for me. Here is the 30 ga 4 strand loose twist wire in the middle of two 30 ga 4 strand tight twisted wire for comparative purposes.

Going to give it a try and explore a new world. Ordered some 3mm RxW up from 2mm, and ordered a coil master to try 2.5mm mandrel up from 16g needle. Got some 30g wire already. As soon as I get my vape mail I'll give it a try!
Looking forward to trying the coil master as well. I'm still using pin vise. I need to stay up with the times!

Rudy, couple of things - one, be sure to twist ATLEAST about a 16" length finished product. I take one long strand and grab both ends. Then I run my fingers up it till it crimps the end. Then I slip it thru my drill connector and put the crimped end and 2 loose ends in my vice grips. Pull on vice grips until it's all nice and even then fire up the drill.

The coil master will pancake short lengths when it's twisted this loose, so just start with the whole piece.

Secondly, what type of atty and DT will you run? I would not expect big gains if it is a similar setup that you are currently running air and coil position wise brother.

I am running Nuppin's so I have adjustable airflow. I have drip tips up the wazoo! Short, long, small bore, wide bore, delrin, metal, antler bone, wood, you name it! So I should be able to dial in.

Mohegan Sun...another place I haven't been to since the 90's!! I was stationed in Groton for a few years. Always liked Mohegan more than Foxwoods.
